Q: If I place an order today, when will I receive it?
A: All orders received before 4:00PM are dispatched on the same day by Express Post or EMS for International Orders.

Q: Where is your store located?
A: We are located in Wollongong, NSW which is 1 hour south of Sydney.
Q: How will my order be packaged?
A: Your order will be packaged in a plain brown box or freight satchel with no markings identifying the contents or Spy City as the sender / dispatcher.
Q: If I use a credit card to buy a product from your site, what name is shown on my statement?
A: If you use a credit card to purchase products from our ONLINE STORE, then "TECHSTORE" will appear on your statement.
Q: What other payment methods do you offer?
A: We accept PayPal, Money Order or Bank Transfer. All these other payment methods will be visible during checkout.
Q: I don’t trust the internet with my personal details, do you offer Mail Ordering?
A: Yes, we have a mail / fax order form located on our home page, which you print, complete & send back to us along with your payment by post.
We accept Bank Transfer & Money order for these orders & the payment instructions are located on the form.
Q: Do you deliver to P.o Boxes?
A: Yes, we can dispatch your order to your P.o Box as long as it is located within Australia.
Q: I'm not sure which product I need; is there someone I can speak with for assistance?
A: Yes, you can call our team of specialised staff during business hours who can assist with any product related question, alternatively you can send us a message through our contact page.
Q: Why did I receive a message from your store asking me to supply more information for credit card verification?
A: We screen ALL Orders for fraud and you would have received a message from us asking for more personal information or credit card verification because the information you have previously provided was limited or the information you have provided conflicts with our normal credit card security checks. We reserve the right to hold an order until we are satisfied that the order is genuine. If you fail to provide us with the information we request in a timely manner, then your order dispatch may be delayed or cancelled.
Q: I am having trouble understanding how to use the product I purchased, can you assist me?
A: We can certainly assist you with any technical issues you may be experiencing, please call our office during business hours.
Q: Are these products on this site legal for me to use?
A: All our products listed on this website are intended for legal use only. Each country, territories & states have their own unique legislation which outlines lawful use and you should obtain independent legal advice concerning the use of such products for your application.
Q: We are a government agency and we wish to purchase some of your products, how do we proceed with an order and are you listed as a Government supplier?
A: Yes, we are listed as a ‘Supplier’ for most Australian Government departments and in all cases, please add products to your cart and then proceed to checkout. If you intend to pay by credit card payments then you would proceed through the checkout as any other online store. If you intend on paying through the department’s payments portal then you should select "GOV ORDER" for the payment method when you’re ready to exit. This method will generate an invoice which will be emailed to you, Payment is not required at this stage. You can then generate your internal Purchase Order and then email or fax it to us. You can also contact us by email or phone and request an invoice.
Q: Do your prices include GST?
A: Yes, our prices include GST for Australian purchases
